Activision running half-price sale on Xbox Games Store

Activision is offering half-price deals on a long list of its games on Xbox Live this week, with the discounts including Games on Demand titles, Xbox Live Arcade games and downloadable content.

Almost all the offers are half-off discounts, and the sale runs the gamut from Xbox 360 launch titles such as Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved to lesser deals on recently released games like Deadpool. Here's a sample of the deals:

• Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved: $2.49 (50 percent off)
• Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2: $4.99 (50 percent off)
• Deadpool: $39.99 (20 percent off)
• Spider-Man: Web of Shadows: $14.99 (20 percent off)
• Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse - Peter Griffin's Man Boob Mega Sweat Pack: $2.49 (50 percent off)
