Ratchet and Clank going mobile with Before the Nexus

Ratchet and Clank are headed to mobile devices, according to a post on the PlayStation Blog.

The duo’s mobile excursion, Ratchet & Clank: Before the Nexus, is an endless runner set atop grindrails, a mechanic longtime fans will recognize. Players can hop between them to earn upgrades and Raritanium, which can transfer to the upcoming console game, Ratchet & Clank: Enter the Nexus. Insomniac Games did not not reveal a release date, platforms or price for the mobile game.

You can check out a recent trailer highlighting the the wacky weapons of Ratchet and Clank: Into the Nexus for more on the console game. The $29.99 epilogue to Ratchet and Clank’s Future series is set for a Nov. 12 release at retail and through the PlayStation Network.
