Ikaruga developer Treasure would like to bring the top-down shooter to Steam, according to the developer’s official Japanese website.
Treasure trying to bring Ikaruga to Steam through Greenlight
Ikaruga was originally released in 2001 for arcades and eventually made its way to Android, Nintendo GameCube, Sega Dreamcast, Xbox Live Arcade and Windows. Last year, Ikaruga director Hiroshi Iuchi released Kokuga, a shoot-em-up for Nintendo 3DS that you can also check it out in a pre-release trailer.
