Korean team SK Telecom T1 bested Chinese team Royal Club during the final matchup of the 2013 League of Legends World Championship.

The top two teams competed at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif., where more than 13,000 fans gathered. After defeating Royal Club 3-0 during the match, SK Telecom T1 takes home the tournament’s $1 million grand prize. Runner-up Royal Club receives $250,000.
Prior to the final match, SK Telecom T1 took down NaJin Black Sword, a fellow Korean team, while Royal Club overcame European team Fnatic.
SK Telecom T1 has placed high in several other competitions, including its third-slot win at the Olympus Champions Spring 2013 and the winning spot at the Hot6 Champions Summer.
