Strategy RPG Rainbow Moon launching on Vita Dec. 3

SideQuest Studios is bringing strategy role-playing game Rainbow Moon to PlayStation Vita on Dec. 3, CEO Marcus Pukropski announced in a post on the PlayStation Blog.

The Vita port, originally announced last fall, will include more than 30 new features and improvements. The game will be cross-save compatible with the PlayStation 3 version of Rainbow Moon and will apply to existing game saves.

Pukropski notes in his post that experience points counters on Rainbow Moon's victory screen after completing events will be skippable in the Vita version, and items can be used directly from the quest vendor. Additionally the left-stick controls have been tweaked and improved to reduce chances of walking in the wrong direction unintentionally during battle mode.

These new improvements made for the Vita version will also be available for the PS3 version next month via a new patch.
