The four maps included in Battlefield 4's Second Assault add-on pack were revealed today in a live stream of the Battlefield 4 Showdown event, reports Videogamer.
During the event, in which the top European and North American Battlefield players went head-to-head in Battlefield 4's multiplayer modes, Xbox's Larry Hyrb revealed the four fan-favorite Battlefield 3 maps that would receive a makeover for the latest series installment. These maps, revamped with Battlefield 4's Levolution features, are Caspian Border, Operation Metro, Gulf of Oman and Operation Firestorm.
Second Assault is one of five planned expansion packs for Battlefield 4 and will be released first on Xbox One Nov. 22 as a timed exclusive. The second DLC, China Rising, will launch on Dec. 3. Players can pay $50 for a Battlefield Premium subscription, which covers all five expansions as they are released between now and summer 2014.
Battlefield 4 hit on Oct. 29 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC. The title will be released alongside the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Nov. 15 and Nov. 22 respectively. Read Polygon's review here.
