PlayStation faithful will get their hands on the beta version of Bungie's new shooter, Destiny, before anyone else. Bungie chief operating officer Pete Parsons announced tonight that the first playable version of the game is coming to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 before Microsoft's consoles.
To get access to the Destiny beta, which Bungie says "will include a diverse sampling of major activities in the full game," players will need to pre-order the game through a participating retailer.
To mark the announcement and the PlayStation 4 launch, Bungie released a new trailer for Destiny, which you can watch below.
Destiny is slated to come to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in spring 2014.
