Ultra Street Fighter 4 coming to Japanese arcades in April 2014, consoles shortly after

Ultra Street Fighter 4 — an update of Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition — will launch on arcade machines in Japan in April 2014, with the downloadable version for consoles arriving in North America and Europe shortly after.

In a post written on Capcom Unity, Capcom employee "ComboFiend" said that there is no launch date for the game yet, but it is expected to be available before the Evolution World Finals in Las Vegas, which will run from July 11-13, 2014.

In the same post, Combofiend shared details about the four new characters that are being introduced to the game: Elena, Rolento, Hugo and Poison. The four characters are still being tweaked by Capcom so they fit in Ultra Street Fighter 4. Details on the individual characters and their strengths can be viewed here.
