Watch an unboxing of a Microsoft employee's white Xbox One

Microsoft associate producer Alex Yoon shared an unboxing video today of the limited edition white Xbox One, available only to Microsoft employees commemorating the next-gen console's release.

The above video shows the unboxing of the white Xbox One, which is unavailable for sale to the public. The white console given to employees, in addition to including white versions of all standard components of the retail Xbox One, also comes bundled with four games — Ryse: Son of Rome, Forza Motorsport 5, Dead Rising 3 and Zoo Tycoon.

Both the white console and controller also come stamped with a special message: "I made this: launch team 2013" is written in black letters in the middle of the controller and on the front of the Xbox One.

In August, statements made by Xbox's Larry Hryb were taken to suggest the white Xbox One could go on sale to the public in the future. Hryb later confirmed to Polygon that he had only been joking and there are no plans to sell a white version of the console at retail.
