Check out Galactic Civilizations 3's first screenshots

Stardock released the first batch of screenshots today for Galactic Civilizations 3, its upcoming space strategy game.

Check out the images below to see spacecraft, a new race called the Iridium and Galactic Civilizations 3's the hexagonal geometry. Following the screenshots, you'll also find several pieces of concept art, showing creatures and vehicles form from the upcoming game.

Revealed in October, Galactic Civilizations 3 is a 4X strategy game headed to 64-bit PCs where players will be able to explore, expand, exploit and exterminate at date yet to be revealed.
