Shroud of the Avatar: Forsaken Virtues Early Access schedule released

Shroud of the Avatar: Forsaken Virtues backers will be able to install, register and create characters from Dec. 12-14, executive producer Starr Long announced via the game's forum.

The schedule is part of Portalarium's Early Access schedule, which spans several dates from December to March. In addition to the aforementioned actions, players will also be able to claim houses, experience the game's first town and more in December. The second release, taking place from Jan. 24-26, will open the game's crafting system, shopping, second town and extra customizations. Further releases happening in February and March will add online multiplayer, more towns, combat and social systems.

"Our strategy over the next few months is to provide you with focused and iterative releases of content," Long wrote. "Your feedback during these releases will be critical to making the final product the best it can be and we appreciate that you are all so willing to devote your time to helping us.

"The first few releases will be very tightly scoped so access will be confined to a few days."
