The Banner Saga, Stoic's Kickstarted hybrid of a story-based role-playing game and turn-based strategy title, will be released Jan. 14, 2014, on Windows PC and Mac, the studio announced today.

Stoic raised more than $720,000 on Kickstarter in the spring of 2012 to develop The Banner Saga, which it later split into the full single-player game that’s launching in January and a multiplayer-only standalone title, The Banner Saga: Factions, that came out this past February.
