A new gameplay video shows Need For Speed Rivals running on Microsoft's next-gen console.
In the video, a racer is offered a chance to join a pursuit event, trying to beat fellow racers to the finish line while escaping the cops. The trailer shows off some of the gadgets that the high-tech vehicles have under the hood like EMP blasts and electronic jamming, but some of the most effective tools simply involve crashing your car into your opponent's.
A trailer showcasing the title running on PlayStation 4 was also published by EA this morning, but has since been pulled. We'll update this post with that trailer once we find out where it went.
Need For Speed Rivals will be a launch title for PS4 and Xbox One on Nov. 15 and Nov. 22; the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC versions will launch on Nov. 19.
Update: And here's the aforementioned footage of the PS4 version of the game, posted below.
