Hustle Kings developer VooFoo Studios is bringing its new pool table simulator, Pure Pool, to PlayStation 4, the company announced today in a post on the PlayStation Blog.
The game will be published by Ripstone, the company that also published VooFoo's Pure Chess chess simulator.
"We like our pool games here at Voofoo, so when Ripstone approached us with the opportunity to develop one for Sony's new hardware, we jumped at the chance," reads the post.
"Forget everything you know about pool games, because we're taking Pure Pool to a whole other dimension," it adds. "This game will bring a living, breathing, connected Pool Hall to your living room."
VooFoo is aiming for a photo-realistic simulation game, according to the post. The teaser trailer, embedded above, offers a first look at VooFoo's work on Pure Pool.
VooFoo Studios' previous pool game, Hustle Kings, was published for PlayStation 3 in 2010 and for PlayStation Vita in 2012 by Sony Computer Entertainment.
