World of Warcraft winter festivities begin Dec. 16

World of Warcraft will begin its annual winter holiday event, the Feast of Winter Veil, on Dec. 16, Blizzard announced via Battle.net.

The Feast of Winter Veil will take place throughout the game’s major cities. Players will be able to complete special quests, including rescuing Metzen the reindeer and finding a lost shipment of holiday goods, for seasonal items, costumes and more.

The event will also add 15 achievements for a total of 150 points.

The Feast of Winter Veil ends Jan. 2. Check out the full list of items and activities on Battle.net.
