FarSight Studios’ The Pinball Arcade is launching today on PlayStation 4, the developer announced today in a post on the PlayStation Blog.
Pinball Arcade hits PS4 today

The PS4 version will launch with all Season One content from the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions — 20 tables including nine of the world’s top 14 pinball tables — and an additional free table, Tales of the Arabian Nights, originally designed and made in 1996 by arcade entertainment company Williams.
FarSight has made a number of improvements to Pinball Arcade’s lighting system for the PS4 version. Some tables within the game have more than 100 points of light that will flash as certain features of each table are used. FarSight has also taken advantage of the PS4’s graphical capabilities to add light reflections in the plastic and metal parts of each table.
Additional tweaks made for the PS4 version will be released as a patch for the PS3 and Vita versions in January, according to the post. Players who already own all Season One tables for PS3 or Vita can purchase them at half off for PS4. In addition to the downloadable version going live today, a physical version of the game will be available at participating retailers.
