‘Rabbids Invasion’ renewed for second season

Rabbids Invasion, the CG-animated show based on Ubisoft's mischievous Rabbids, will have a second season, Ubisoft announced today.

The show was first announced in June of this year when Ubisoft revealed that it was partnering with France Television and Nickelodeon to create an animated TV show based on the Rabbids property. Season one premiered on Aug. 3 and was popular enough that a second season has been commissioned.

Season two of Rabbids Invasion is scheduled to begin in mid-2014 and will feature 26 half-hour blocks, with three episodes in each block. The show can be viewed on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, the PlayStation Store, Samsung Media Hub and Vudu.
