The Nintendo 3DS received an update today introducing "Improved system stability and usability," according to the Nintendo support page.
The 3DS firmware update is Version 7.1.0-14U and is currently available for download via a wireless connection and can be installed automatically. The support page states that the update includes "Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience."
The system received a software update earlier this month that granted the handheld access to the Miiverse. Previous 3DS firmware updates introduced a Save-Data Backup Feature, allowing users to create a save backup to an SD card "at the touch of a button."
