Atelier Ayesha Plus hitting Vita in Japan March 27

The game, an upgraded port of PlayStation 3 title Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk, will cost 5,800 yen and come bundled with all add-on content released for the PS3 original. The Vita version will also include an additional hard mode where enemies have increased health and some balance tweaks to combat. A limited edition version will be available for purchase that includes a crystal Atelier-themed paperweight.
Currently there is no word on a North American release for Atelier Ayesha Plus on Vita; however, the series has set a precedent for coming west. Vita ports of both PS3 titles Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland and Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland were published in western territories earlier this year.
Atelier Ayesha’s original version launched in Japan in June 2012. The game was published for PS3 in North America this past March and its sequel, Atelier Escha and Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky, is expected to launch in the west in March 2014.
