Ubisoft will launch the upcoming Assassin’s Creed 4 singleplayer DLC, Freedom Cry, on Dec. 17, it was announced in an advertisement on the latest digital issue of Game Informer (via VideoGamer.com).

The new DLC will feature a four-hour campaign featuring the shipmate assassin Adewale. It’s believed the new content will launch simultaneously on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
We’ve contacted Ubisoft for further information, including a release date for its Windows PC version and whether the DLC will be available for Wii U.
