Electronic Arts may pursue the Brazilian market with the introduction of free-to-play games using the Ultimate Fighting Championship license, CEO Andrew Wilson stated during a talk at the Credit Suisse Technology Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.
In addition, the publisher plans to launch FIFA Online World in both Brazil and Russia in the wake of the 2014 FIFA World Cup set to take place in Brazil.
"We are absolutely looking at [Brazil] in detail, and we think we have at least two, but likely more products that will have strong appeal there," Wilson said.
The company's free-to-play technology is the same as seen in FIFA Online 3, which is scheduled to launch in China following its release in Korea.
