Belarusian developer BYRIL has reimagined the classic board game Battleship by combining modern technology designed for smartphones and tablets with graphics that recall a simpler time before pocket-sized computers. The result: Battleship 2, which is available now for Android devices.
This is what a board game looks like in 2013
Battleship 2 includes support for single-player matches, as well as online and Bluetooth multiplayer. You can also battle opponents on the virtual high seas by swapping turns on the same device. Check out the video above to see the free pen-and-paper-styled game in action.
Battleship 2 is available to download through Google Play.
