Kabam, the mobile-focused studio behind Kingdoms of Camelot and The Hobbit: Armies of the Third Age, will pay $18 million over 15 years for the naming rights to California Memorial Stadium in Berkley, the San Francisco Gate reports.
Kabam to pay $18M for naming rights to college stadium


Several members of Kabam’s executive team are graduates of UC Berkley, including CEO Kevin Chou, who graduated from the university with a BS in Business Administration. Representatives for both organizations are expected to make the official announcement at a press conference later today.
Memorial Stadium, construction of which was completed in 1923, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
