The Pokémon TV application, released today for free, will allow users to watch the animated show at anytime on iPhone, iPad and iPod, the Pokémon Company International announced.
Pokémon TV will feature 50 fan-favorite episodes, with weekly updates pulling from more than 700 episodes spanning the show's 15 seasons. From Feb. 15 until Feb. 18, users will also be able to watch Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice. Additional features, trailers and more will be included with the app.
Animated short Meloetta's Moonlight Serenade will also debut on Pokémon TV Feb. 15. The short is a nod to GameStop's upcoming event on March 4, where owners of Pokémon Black, White and subsequent sequels will be able to grab the character for a limited time.
The Pokémon TV app is "coming soon" to Android devices and will be available through Google Play.
