Tamodachi Collection: New Life is coming to Nintendo 3DS in Japan on April 18 for 4,800 yen, roughly $50, it was announced during today's Nintendo Direct Japan.
The game will expand on the original Nintendo DS version, and will feature both StreetPass and set personality traits.
Tamodachi Collection is a handheld life simulation game first released to Japan in 2009. The game is described as a combination of The Sims and Animal Crossing, while using Miis to interact in the game. In this earlier edition, users could transfer Miis from the Wii to the DS and earn in-game money, as well as accumulate items such as clothes and food.
