11 bit studios revealed Anomaly 2 today with a debut trailer and screenshots for the real-time strategy game/tower defense sequel to Anomaly: Warzone Earth.
Anomaly 2 is set in the years following an alien invasion of Earth in 2018. Players control a convoy called Yukon, scouring the planet for food and supplies. Building on is predecessor, Anomaly 2 will allow players to morph their troops into mechs, play tower defense and offense in multiplayer and create their own own battle squads.
Check out the trailer above and the screenshots below to see life after the alien machines take over. Anomaly 2 is slated for release on Windows PC, Mac and Linux in Q2 2013 (between April 1 and June 30) for $14.99.
