A trailer for Activision's The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, the first-person shooter based on the AMC TV show, was released exclusively on Entertainment Weekly today.
The trailer features the TV show’s crossbow-wielding anti-hero Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and his brother Merle (Michael Rooker). Serving as a prequel to the TV series, players will take on the role of Daryl and will have a choice of going through the game with guns blazing or taking a stealth approach.
Polygon reported last month that the game would be released on March 19 for Xbox 360, PS3 and Windows, a week earlier than its original release date of March 26. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct will be released on March 22 in the U.K. and March 26 in U.S. for Wii U.
