Crysis 3 trailer sets the hunt to Muse's 'Liquid State'

The latest Crysis 3 trailer from publisher Electronic Arts, "The Hunt is On," sets some of the shooter's story cutscenes and action sequences to the Muse song "Liquid State," in advance of the game's launch later this month.

Prophet, Crysis 3's Nanosuit-wearing protagonist, is shown stirring in a chamber during an assault on the area in which he's being held. When a gun-toting thug approaches Prophet, he busts out of captivity in style. The trailer proceeds through all kinds of explosions and other combat, whether with guns or crossbows.

"Liquid State" is a track from Muse's most recent studio album, The 2nd Law, which was released last fall.

Crytek's Crysis 3 will be available Feb. 19 on Windows PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
