A new Strider game is reportedly in the works, according to box art and a banner for the game first uncovered by NeoGAF.
The forum found both the banner and box art matches the dimensions used in Xbox Live Arcade games, suggestion the title may be headed to Xbox 360. This is in addition to the discovery of a Steam achievement for Strider, also suggesting a release for Windows PC.
Capcom is expected to announce a number of new titles at this week's PAX East; However, it's unknown whether Strider will be one of the announcements. We have contacted the publisher for further information and will update in due course.
Strider was initially released to Japanese arcades in 1989. The title is an action platformer and became one of Capcom's earliest successes. The game was later ported to consoles.
