A demo for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 is now available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, allowing players to unlock professional golfing legend Arnold Palmer as a playable character for the full game, EA announced today.
The demo lets players try out the Legends of the Majors mode, which replays classic moments from major tournaments in golf history. The demo features the 1961 Open Championship at Royal Birkdale and gives players control of Palmer. Completing the challenge will allow players to use Palmer immediately with PGA Tour 14 at launch.
Players can take a brief foray into the game's inclusion of the Ladies Professional Golf Association through the Quick Tournaments feature, and grants access to playable character Lexi Thompson, the youngest golfer to ever win the LPGA tournament, and the Oak Hill Country Club course. Players can also test the new Connected Tournaments mode, setting up players for online competitions. The demo also supports motion control with the Xbox 360's Kinect and PlayStation Move.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 will be available on on March 26 in North America and worldwide on March 28 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
