Trion Worlds is offering a season pass for upcoming MMO shooter Defiance, the developer announced today.
The pass grants buyers access to the first five content packs released after launch. Packs will include new alien species and additional missions, vehicles and weapons, as well a bonus exclusive Hellbug combat cap and Lock Box for use in-game.
The season pass is now available for pre-order for $39.99 or 3200 Microsoft Points. Buyers will automatically gain access to the packs as they go live. Trion notes that packs will be available separately for $9.99 each.
Defiance will launch on April 2 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC. The game's tie-in television show on the Syfy Channel will debut on April 15 at 9 p.m. ET.
