EA has released a new trailer for its Island Paradise expansion pack for The Sims 3 showing the many ways in which players' Sims can live life on the beach.
Sims can opt to build literal house boats to captain and drive around the seas to explore uncharted islands, and more commercially-minded Sims can stay on land to build and operate resorts.
The second of three 2013 expansion packs announced earlier this year by Maxis, The Sims 3: Island Paradise will be released for Mac and Windows PC on June 25.
