An all-pink version of Nintendo's 3DS XL handheld will launch in the U.K. May 31, the company revealed today via press release, alongside a few product shots of the neon-hued system.
The pink 3DS XL is actually quite different from the comparatively less intense pink-and-white model which was released in North America as a limited edition last holiday season, then again earlier this year. As seen in the image above, the U.K. version of the pink 3DS XL has no secondary color, and its pink is decidedly brighter than its North American counterpart.
No plans for the pink 3DS XL's release in other European territories have been announced.
