Toki Tori 2 patch upcoming, adds hints and simplifies certain puzzles

The first patch for puzzle platformer Toki Tori 2 will address issues based on player feedback and is currently awaiting approval from Nintendo, Two Tribes announced on its website.

In addition to several bug fixes, the update will also simplify certain puzzles and add additional hints. According to the post, Two Tribes gathered feedback by checking community avenues.

"During the past weeks we read a lot of reviews, checked out our Miiverse communities and read various forums," the post reads. "Based on that info we compiled a list of low-risk issues that were relatively easy to address in a quick first patch."

If approved, the patch "will hopefully be available within a couple of weeks." The update also mentions that a second patch is planned, but will "be more involving" and take more time. You can read the full list of patch notes here.

Toki Tori 2 launched for Wii U through the eShop April 4 after being delayed from its original 2012 date. The game includes a Pokemon Snap-like feature known as the Tokidex and can be played entirely on the Wii U GamePad.
