Steam's new Subscriptions Plans service, which allows players to manage subscription-based games, is available now on Valve's digital distribution service, according to a press release from the company.
The first game to take advantage of the new service, Darkfall: Unholy Wars, was approved through Steam Greenlight last year. Players can purchase Aventurine SA's massively multiplayer online role-playing game for $39.95 and will be billed an additional $14.95 every 30 days thereafter.
Additional subscription-based games will follow, according to Valve.
