Lego Legends of Chima trailer shows off the mighty brass of Laval

The latest trailer for Lego Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey, an upcoming title for handheld platforms in development from TT Games, gives you a look at what you can expect from the combat and puzzle system of the newest entry in the Lego franchise.

Unlike other entries in the series, Chima is based on an upcoming Lego product line; not an entertainment franchise. The toy series is slated to hit this year and Lego is pushing to establish the new brand through a number of new games as well as a television series. Laval's Journey will release to PS Vita and Nintendo 3DS this summer while a Nintendo DS version will become available in fall.

A free-to-play title online game, Lego Legends of Chima Online, is in development from WB Games Montreal and will also release this fall. An iOS app, Lego Legends of Chima: Speedorz, is already available on the App Store, developed by TT Games and 4T2. Playing both Speedorz and Laval will unlock content in the online game.
