An English-language version of a previous trailer shows off the story, character design and gameplay of Vanillaware's upcoming hack-and-slash Dragon's Crown.
Dragon's Crown is a sidescroller much in the style of classic arcade games like Golden Axe, featuring four-player co-op play in which each player can choose one of six characters like the nimble bow-wielding Elf or the close-quarters grappler Dwarf.
According to publisher Atlus, the title has a "unique, highly replayable design" that means that players can "expect a different experience" every time they fire the game up.
Dragon's Crown is scheduled for release on PlayStation 3 and PS Vita this summer.
