Shin Megami Tensei 4's Amazon pre-order exclusive lets you dress as a cardboard box samurai

Nintendo 3DS owners who pre-order a copy of Atlus' Shin Megami Tensei 4 through Amazon will get exclusive downloadable content that lets them wear armor inspired by the company's iconic packaging, draping them in cardboard-colored gear emblazoned with the retailer's signature smile logo.

The Amazon logo pattern armor — which can be worn by the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado's Samurai — is part of a pre-order incentive that also includes a limited edition box set. Included in the set is a copy of Shin Megami Tensei 4, a 176-page strategy and design book produced by Prima Games, a Shin Megami Tensei music collection CD and a collectible slipcase. The box set is limited to the first printing of the game.

Shin Megami Tensei 4 is coming to Nintendo 3DS on July 16 in North America. Japan will get the game in May.

Here's a full look at the Amazon-exclusive armor set.
