Dr. Kawashima's Devilish Brain Training: Can You Stay Focused?, the upcoming title in the training series known best in North America as Brain Age: Concentration Training, is being delayed in Europe from its proposed April 12 launch, Nintendo confirmed.
As reported by Nintendo Life, the Brain Training publisher has yet to announce a new European launch date for the title.
"Nintendo has made the decision to push back the launch date of Dr Kawashima's Devilish Brain Training: Can You Stay Focused? for Nintendo 3DS to optimize the best possible launch timing of this title within the European market," said Nintendo in a prepared statement. "We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to announce a new launch date soon."
The Nintendo title launched in North America on Feb. 10 after its own initial delay. Brain Age: Concentration Training was first planned for a Dec. 3, 2012 release before Nintendo announced its delay during a Nintendo Direct conference in late 2012. Concentration Training features aspects from previous titles in the series, including math and puzzle minigames designed to improve the player's memory. The title was first launched in Japan in July 2012.
