Held at the Silverstone Circuit raceway, in Northamptonshire in the U.K. on May 15, the event will feature series designer and producer Kazunori Yamauchi, who will "provide an update on the future of the Gran Turismo game." The event will also celebrate the racing series 15th anniversary.
The event will include a driving demonstration by the Nismo Athletes — first-class Gran Turismo players who are trained to be real racecar drivers — and display cars from the event's supporters, including Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Ford, Honda, Jaguar, KTM, Lamborghini, McLaren Automotive, Mercedes Benz and Toyota.
Earlier this year, Michael Denny, senior vice-president of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's Worldwide Studios, mentioned Gran Turismo 6 would launch on PlayStation 3.
