“Ninja Theory has always strived for the highest production values and that absolutely remains the case in this exciting new space,” said Dominic Matthews, product manager at the Cambridge, U.K.-based independent studio.
The free-to-play title is an action game with touch-based combat and an ‘80s vibe. From the single screenshot released alongside the game’s announcement, it appears to focus heavily on time-limited levels in which players attempt to rack up high scores to attain different levels of completion.
Ninja Theory will demo Fightback at E3 next month.
