Kingdom Rush: Frontiers launching June 6 on iOS

Kingdom Rush: Frontiers, the follow-up to Ironhide Game Studios' mobile tower defense title Kingdom Rush, will launch on iOS next week, the developer revealed this morning.

The sequel, which adds new towers, enemies, heroes and levels to the original game's mix, will arrive on the iOS App Store June 6, and will be playable on iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. Many of the new towers allow players to customize different archetypes to better suit their strategies; for example, the soldier-producing barracks could be upgraded to turn it into an assassin's guild, giving you an army of stealthy backstabbers, or it could be turned into a new HQ for the Knights Templar.
