A new trailer for Blackbird Interactive's free-to-play RTS Hardware: Shipbreaker shows a futuristic salvage crew in action.
Having located a kilometer-long wreck of a freighter on the desert planet LM-22, the salvage team goes to work, sending a trio of low-flying scout planes to fly the perimeter and do some reconnaissance. The planes report information about the crashed hulk, though it's unclear whether this is just part of the trailer or whether this will be a feature of gameplay.
At the very end of the trailer, we see a quick glimpse of how the game's map UI might look, as the scout planes encounter a squadron of enemy vehicles and come under heavy fire.
A full gameplay reveal of Hardware: Shipbreakers is expected in June.
