How to Survive will test players' skills against the elements and a zombie outbreak

505 Games' will publish its new zombie-packed survival action IP How to Survive this fall for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC, the company announced today.

The title, in development with Cyberbike series and Wanted Corp. studio Eko Sofware, will be available as a downloadable title through PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade and Steam.

How to Survive will let players choose their own character and plunk them down on a remote island off the coast of Columbia — one infested with cannibalistic zombies. Players will harness the game's survival guide and crafting system as they hunt for food and water, build shelter, craft tools and weapons and defend themselves against the undead threat.
