Blizzard Entertainment and Insight Editions will release a new Diablo 3-based book, Book of Tyrael, this October, according to a post on Battle.net.
The 148-page hardcover book includes art and lore from the series. According to the post, the book will take "players even further into the events in Sanctuary" through the eyes of Tyrael, formerly an archangel of the High Heavens.
"[Tyrael] reveals never-before-known secrets about the history of the world, the dark threats that yet face mankind and his decision to join the ranks of humanity as a mortal," the post reads.
The book will also include writings from Leah and Deckard Cain, two of Diablo's most iconic characters, and include a removable family tree.
Book of Tyrael will be available for pre-order closer to launch, and no pricing information has been announced at this time. Diablo 3 recently celebrated its first anniversary.
