Alexey Pajitnov, the original developer of Tetris, released a new puzzle game on iOS this week called Marbly.
The grid-based matching game tasks players with moving colored marbles around a grid to match and eliminate pairs of three. Marbly is split between modes of play that include a race against the clock in Time Challenge and a score-focused mode called Score Challenge. You can purchase "coins" to unlock more puzzles or earn them by playing the game.
Marbly is published by WildSnake Software, which plans to release "a series of mobile games in collaboration" with Pajitnov, according to the app's description. The universal app is available for free in the iOS App Store.
