Jagged Alliance: Flashback developers recruit Jagged Alliance 2 veteran

Development of Jagged Alliance: Flashback, Full Control's turn-based tactical title seeking Kickstarter funds, now includes Jagged Alliance 2 co-designer Chris Camfield, according to a press release from the Danish developer.

Camfield, who also lead design on the unreleased Jagged Alliance 3 project, will join Full Control's "advisory board" for Jagged Alliance: Flashback and help the developer connect with the franchise, the rights for which it acquired in 2010.

"We are extremely excited to have Chris on board as an advisor," said Full Control CEO Thomas Hentschel Lund. "He is able to not only answer how things were implemented, but why. We are able to get a much deeper understanding of the inner workings of Jagged Alliance 2 in addition to the insights that Chris and the Sir-tech team had during development on Jagged Alliance 3. And now in actively collaborating with established modders we're making sure that Flashback will support modding from day 1 in the best possible way."

Full Control announced development on a new Jagged Alliance game in April. As of this writing, the Jagged Alliance: Flashback Kickstarter campaign has received $150,464 in pledges of its $350,000 goal with 16 days remaining for the Windows PC, Mac and Linux game.
