Namco Bandai Games has announced the latest Super Robot Taisen title, Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Masou Kishin 3 - Pride of Justice, will be released in Japan as a multi-platform title for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita on Aug. 22.
The game will be available in both retail and downloadable formats.
Its narrative picks up right where last year's Masou Kishin 2 left off. Pride of Justice is a simulation role-playing game featuring original characters, robots, and special moves. The main news for series fans: All of the robots are rendered in realistic proportions, and judging by the screenshots, all the battle sequences are done up in 3D graphics.
Gamers who pick up the first pressing of Pride of Justice in Japan will also get a free download code that gives them access to the Valcione unit as seen in the anime Super Robot Taisen OG: The Inspector.
