YouTube filmmaker Mike Diva has released a live-action short imagining what a film version of Ubisoft's retro-futuristic pastiche Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon might look like.
In the near future, "cyber shit" runs rampant in the streets and the only man who can clean it up is Detective Rex "Power" Colt. With the help of his sassy ethnic sidekick Spider, Rex Colt takes on the evil Colonel Sloan, who seeks to wipe Mark IV cyber-commandos out.
The trailer is drenched in the neon, VHS-tracking-error 80s aesthetic of Blood Dragon, and Rex Colt rides a flying cyber-shark with a laser on its head.
