Watch Dogs E3 2013 trailer has Aiden Pearce bust the underworld with his cellphone

In this E3 2013 trailer for Ubisoft's upcoming Watch Dogs, protagonist Aiden Pearce shows that information can be just as deadly as a handgun.

"Give me four seconds and a clear signal," narrates Pearce as he bumps into a man the trailer identifies as Joshua Kramer, an auctioneer with four children from a 20-year marriage. "I'll get in, and you'll never know. But I want you to know: You're not anonymous." Kramer texts his wife that he'll be late at the office, but he's not being truthful — he has some more sinister deals to broker involving human trafficking.

Pearce assaults the trafficking ring HQ using melee weaponry, a pistol and his hacking to great effect, activating the sprinklers inside the building to impair his enemies in combat. When the police get involved, the power of his hacks helps him elude arrest and get away free.

Watch Dogs will hit Windows PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U in late November, and Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at a later, as-yet-unspecified date.
